Shipping & Returns

International Shipping.

All Baleen products are U.S. only. There is no legal commercial export of Baleen.
Walrus Ivory can be shipped internationally, but requires a $180-300 export permit/inspection fee per export (depending on the country of export).

Returns 

You can return a product up to 30 days from the delivery date.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate your return to your original method of payment.  
You will receive the refund per your bank/card issuer's policies.  

Shipping
We will cover the actual cost of return shipping, up to a maximum of $25.  You will be responsible for paying any return shipping costs over $25.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

In Person Pickup is available in Anchorage. You will receive directions and a list of dates and times when your items will be available for pickup. Pickup available daily through Christmas day.
